Salem joined the property 2 years ago and has advanced through progressively more responsibilities in both Front Office & room operation departments, where he has played a key role to improve our Guest satisfaction survey , TripAdvisor ranking…. And with his energy and enthusiasm he has by leading his employees to consistently improve their upselling targets for Food & Beverage and Recreation.
Salem has implemented several initiatives that have greatly improved the efficiency and effectiveness of our front office operations. He has also played a key role in training and mentoring our staff, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service.
