From Thursday April 1stto Monday April 5th, guest can order theCarciofi in Insalata, olio, Limone e scaglie di Parmigiano(Artichoke salad with citronette and parmesan cheese),Linguine ai carciofi e gamberi rossidi mazara del vallo(Linguine with artichokes and Sicilian red prawns),Abbacchio alla romana con patate al forno(traditional roasted lamb with potatoes) and the temptingPastiera napoletana(traditional Neapolitan ricotta cake). The dishes will be added to Luigia's already extensive menu of authentic Italian cuisine.
