The fresh flavors include Paccheri Garibaldini with yellow and red pacchetelle tomatoes, basil pesto, stracciata di burrata pugliese, chilli, grana padano and pecorino romano Dop; Paccheri Alla Genovese, an ancient Campania recipe prepared with beef, pecorino romano Dop and Gnocchi al Castelmaccio e Tartufo, made with potato gnocchi with castemagno Dop and seasonal black truffle.
