Brasserie Boulud Enters Dubai Restaurant Week 2021 with Two Tantalising Menus
The signature French flair for guests to indulge in from 25th March until 10th April 2021.
Brasserie Boulud, offeringgastronomie francaiseat Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk conceptualized by celebrity chef Daniel Boulud, joins a selection of the city's finest restaurants in Dubai Restaurant Week 2021 for the first time. From 25thMarch until 10thApril 2021, the restaurant lends its signature French flair to a beautifully crafted lunch and dinner set menu for guests to indulge in.
Guests can enjoy a two-course lunch set menu priced at AED 125 and an indulgent three-course dinner set menu priced at AED 250 showcasing contemporary French cuisine, rooted in tradition. For the two-course lunch menu, guests can choose between a starter and a main course or a main course and dessert. The three-course dinner menu features an indulgent selection of starters, main-course and desserts. About Chef Daniel Boulud
Daniel Boulud is Chef-Owner of several award-winning restaurants and the Feast Ftes catering company. While he hails from outside Lyon, France, it is in New York that he has truly mastered the dining scene and is today considered one of Americas leading culinary authorities. Raised on his familys farm in the village of Saint-Pierre-de-Chandieu, the chef remains inspired by the rhythm of the seasons and menus driven by fine ingredients.
