Deepak Bhatia brings more than 25 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry.
Snowbell Restaurant Management is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Deepak Bhatia as the Chief Executive Officer with effect from 21st March 2022. Mr. Bhatia comes from the position of Senior Vice President of Lite Bite Foods, A sister concern of Dabur India Group, and was heading the brands like Punjab Grill and many other brands for the company. His leadership has been instrumental in the growth of the brand.
Mr. Deepak Bhatia has a broad and extensive experience of more than 25 years in the hospitality industry. He has worked with some of the finest F&B brands like Nirula’s, Ruby Tuesday, Sbarro, Mandarin Trail, The Yellow Chilli, and Sura Vie. In the past, he spearheaded the project of creating a base kitchen at Ruby Tuesday, where the sauces and seasonings which were being sourced from outside started creating in India. Mr. Bhatia holds a degree in Hotel Management and an MBA in sales and marketing and is respected for his significant contributions to the industry.

My Personal target is to create and open 85 QSRs and 40 Upscaled restaurants with my New Role by 2026 and creates an organization where people are inspired to work out of passion and not just for the sake of it”, says Mr. Deepak Bhatia.
Snowbell Restaurant Management was founded in 2013 with the opening of its first restaurant, Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor in Abu Dhabi, UAE along with two other locations in India, with the core philosophies of “creating memorable experiences through food”. We have partnered with acclaimed multinational brands such as Sugar Factory to Sanjeev Kapoor and pioneered home-grown concepts such as Ming’s Chamber, Peppermill, and Laung to create unique culinary experiences from around the world.
