With a remarkable international track record in the hospitality industry spanning over two decades, Dixon brings a wealth of strategic marketing and communication expertise to her new role. Her valuable contributions will be instrumental in reinforcing both the Shangri-La Group's brand visibility and reach in the coming years as we continue fortifying our position within the region.
Throughout her career, Katerina has effectively managed diverse teams across several celebrated hospitality brands, including Jumeirah Group, InterContinental Hotels Group, Fairmont The Palm, Atlantis The Palm, Caesars Palace and Billionaire Dubai. With numerous successful brand launches and rebranding initiatives under her belt, she has garnered an industry-wide reputation for her strategic acumen and visionary leadership approach.
