in-charge of 327 sea facing rooms, Convention Center, 4 F&B outlets, 1 Seasonal Outlet and 2 Km
of Beach front recreational activities.
FLC Samson Luxury Beach and Golf Resort: Resident EAM Operations: In-charge of 1009 Keys
encompassing a Convention center, 2 hotels, courtyard rooms, Resort Villas and 300 residences
with 196 swimming pools other than 1009 keys. 18 F&B outlets, 1 seasonal outlet and 4 Km of
beach front recreational activities with Football field, Tennis Courts and three Kids clubs.
FLC Vinh Phuc Luxury resort: General Manager:
FLC Samson Luxury Beach and Golf Resort: General Manager
 Trained most of the HODs in all properties on how to present P&L to the Board of
Directors.
 Opened new restaurants to entice the local market in all three properties.
 Developed new SOPs for different areas in order to smoothen the services.
 Worked closely with Sales Teams in order to achieve the desired budgets.
