As for the main event, guests can choose between a hearty Seabass Stew brimming with calamari, shrimp, mussels, bisque sauce, and crispy fennel or a perfectly grilled Beef Striploin accompanied by potato gratin, broccolini, asparagus, baby carrots, and a rich teriyaki-demi glaze sauce.
