CHEF DE CUISINE
Our client, a branded 200-plus keys property in Dhaka, Bangladesh, requires a well-qualified CHEF DE CUISINE/ SOUS CHEF to bring a new twist to its signature restaurant.
The ideal candidate will be an “All Rounder” with experience and knowledge of a Grill / BBQ / Steakhouse operation as well as sound experiences in cuisines from around the world, e.g., Mediterranean, Asian, South America etc.
A solid restaurant background ideally with a 5* European working experience would be highly advantageous.
Good communication skills in English as well as good training and mentoring skills are a minimum requirement.

Dear colleagues and candidates,
As a Headhunter, allow me to share – I think important – a piece of advice;
When applying for an opening, you MUST prepare a resume that clearly states that you have the experiences and requirements the company is looking for.
Seldom does one type of resume works for all opportunities.
Quite often I advertise an opportunity but many of the applicants did not bother to read the complete advert, apply not as requested, and did not “tweak” their resume to fit the job.
In most cases, those CVs don’t make it past the 30-second reading mark.
