UAE Ras Al Khaimah; November 28, 2021 Celebrating the UAE's Golden Jubilee of the countrys 50^thanniversary, Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort hosted the Chaine des Rotisseurs on Friday, November 26, 2021. Bringing together VIPs, hospitality leaders and key members of the Chaine des Rotisseurs guild.

The black-tie event paid homage to the UAE and the growth of its sustainable agricultural endeavours, animal husbandry and sea farming. The gourmet menu featured items grown and produced in the UAE.

In line with its vision, Hilton RAK Beach Resort has become a gourmet destination in the Emirate, curating exceptional dining and stay experiences for all guests. The exclusive invite-only dinner was held on the oceanfront. An advocate for highlighting RAK as a travel and gourmet destination, Cluster General Manager, Helen Jacobe wanted the dinner to have a sense of place, to celebrate culture, community endeavors and the hospitality that is legendary in the Emirate.
