Hilton Ras Al Khaimah announces two new members to its Executive Team
Award winning Hilton Ras Al Khaimah beach resort appoints Arthur Timlin as the Director of Operations and Nila Suparmi as the Director of HR.
Award-winning Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort announced two new members of its executive team. Arthur Timlin is promoted to Director of Operations and Nila Suparmi joins as the Director of HR.
Arthur Timlin brings over 16 years of hospitality experience across three Emirates, including his ongoing contribution to Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort as the Food & Beverage Director, and will now be at the helm of operations, ensuring the financial and organizational success of the resort. Arthur has been at the forefront of establishing the 471-room beach resort as a leading food and beverage destination, overseeing the F&B department of over 200 team members across 9 dining outlets.
Under his leadership, Arthur established several branded events to engage with RAK residents and generate business while pandemic travel restrictions were ongoing, and several outlets meanwhile were renovated to welcome international guests.

In his new role, Timlin will be managing teams, resources and services across all operating departments of this 1.2km property
Nila Suparmi has over 17 years of experience positively impacting hotel performance through strategic planning, development, and execution of human resource programs. She is a certified HR professional who has effectively developed processes and procedures to align HR goals with vital organizational objectives.
Speaking on her appointment, Suparmi said: “I have long admired the Hilton brand and am honoured to step into this exciting role. Before joining Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort, Suparmi served as Director of Human Resources with several prestigious brands in Southeast Asia including Waldorf Astoria Maldives, Hilton Bali and Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) Indonesia, serving as a key player in building their organisational cultures and subsequent successes. She graduated with a degree in Human Resources Management from Auckland University of Technology and School of Psychology Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
In her new role, Suparmi will continue to use her expertise and leadership skills to enhance the employee life cycle and HR functions including talent acquisition, engagement, development, performance, company policy, and legal compliance.
