Deliver exceptional service to guests by ensuring timely, accurate, and courteous assistance to both arriving and in-house guests, enhancing overall satisfaction.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries regarding the hotel and its surroundings.
Coordinate special requests and personalized services for guests.
Review the Property Management System (PMS) for updates on in-house guests, arrivals, and departures, ensuring a smooth handover between shifts.
Collaborate with Bell staff, Housekeeping, Reservations, and F&B to fulfill guest service needs.
Assign rooms and issue appropriate keys efficiently.
Verify and update guest registration details, including name, address, email, phone number, payment method, and preferences.
Manage guest room reservations and restaurant bookings.
Maintain awareness of current room availability and status at all times.
Stay informed about current and upcoming hotel promotions.
Identify upselling opportunities at check-in and throughout the guest’s stay to maximize room revenue.
Promote Food & Beverage options to enhance guest experience and increase hotel revenue.
Ensure accurate shift closing procedures, obtaining necessary approval signatures.
