Job Description For Duty Manager (with Revenue Experience)

The primary role of this key position includes, but is not limited to, supervising and coordinating Front Office shift activities to ensure efficient, prompt, and proactive service for our guests. The goal is to maximize guest satisfaction and room revenue.

All duties will align with Pyramisa Hotel Apartments’ guidelines and service standards.

To be in charge of the Front Office Department.
Preferably knowledgeable in reservation and revenue systems.
Supervises Front Office team members to achieve guest satisfaction and revenue targets.
Proficient in all Front Office procedures.
Uses supervisory skills and motivation to increase employee productivity and satisfaction.
Ensures guests are checked in and departed in a timely and courteous manner.
Logs hotel incidents and follows up with relevant departments.
Manages training and holiday plans, as well as weekly staff schedules.
Candidate should preferably have previous experience in a similar role with reputed hospitality organizations.
Good English communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
