Sayed Zaid has over 26 years in hospitality industry particularly in Sales and Front Office department he is able to make critical decisions, manage resources and cultivate a positive and productive work environment. He has a solid track record of gaining new clients while retaining existing relationships. He is determined in negotiating deals while keeping a strong connection with a guest/s.
Sayed Zaid said: "I utilize my extensive and mindset to play major role in various operations. I focus on sales, marketing and management infrastructure in order to contribute to the success of the hotel. Sales is about people. First and foremost, you must develop relationships. You must put yourself in the individual's place and empathize with the circumstances they are in."
