A welcome drink ofthandaikesariya, the customary Holi drink, starts the celebration. The feast continues with a range of mouth-watering delicacies to be enjoyed includingPunchranga pulao,medu vedai ki chaat, channa kachori chaa,Paneer diwani hand,Dhal maharani,Aloo gobiand many more. To end on a sweet note isGujiya, a special sweet which is made in every household in India during Holi. It is a dumpling filled withkhoya(a dairy product) and dried fruits.
