Job Description For Waiter cum cashier

Palma Beach Resort & Spa is seeking experienced and dedicated candidates to join our Food & Beverage team as Waiters. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. If you are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Take orders and recommend food and beverage selections based on guest preferences.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the menu and all outlet products.
Adhere to grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
Serve food and beverages to guests with a focus on quality and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Actively listen to guest feedback and communicate any concerns to hotel management.
Consistently apply standard operating procedures within your department.
Follow hotel policies and procedures, including billing and cost-handling protocols.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

Salary: AED1,200.00 - AED1,300.00 per month+Accommodation
