Job Summary:
Palma Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and service-driven Spa Manager to lead our wellness operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, and professionalism. She will also be instrumental in staff training, product selection, and strategic planning to enhance spa revenue and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the spa including massage therapy, beauty treatments, and wellness programs.
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate spa staff to deliver premium service.
Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive spa sales and customer engagement.
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in all spa areas.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain product knowledge.
Prepare and analyze reports on spa performance, revenue, and expenses.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and spa packages.
Stay updated with industry trends, new treatments, and technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in a spa management role, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel.
Certification in spa therapy, massage, or wellness management is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of spa software systems and scheduling tools.
Customer-focused with a passion for wellness and hospitality.
Fluent in English; Arabic or other language skills are a plus.
