The HR Executive will support the full range of human resources functions in a dynamic hospitality environment, including recruitment, employee relations, training, engagement activities, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hotels, resorts, or restaurants and will be passionate about creating a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel operations, F&B, housekeeping, and administrative roles.
Conduct onboarding, orientation, and induction programs aligned with hospitality service standards.
Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and staff welfare activities.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and brand policies.
Assist with performance evaluations, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling.
Coordinate staff training sessions (guest service, grooming standards, safety training, etc.).
Handle visa applications, renewals, and other government compliance requirements (if applicable).
Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and headcount analysis for management.
Foster a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Minimum 1 years of HR experience in the hospitality sector (hotel, resort, restaurant, or similar).
Strong understanding of hospitality operations and service culture.
Familiarity with labor laws, HRIS systems, and visa processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HR software is an advantage.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
