I'm a Hotel Booking System Project & Reservations/Operations Manager with unique managerial and
administrative skills and very unique attention to detail.
In addition to mastering hotel systems and the management of hotel reservations
teams/departments in wholesale or retail travel agencies, I can help travel agencies to have
their own hotel online engine, for I know every tiny detail when dealing with IT house/developers
(from initiation phase to mapping phase).
As a matter of fact, I directed a Booking System Project myself from A to Z (www.ugwlive.com)
for a travel agency (U Group Worldwide), of course with foreign IT houses hired.
I have a broad experience in Online Travel Industry. Boosted profit margins for travel agents
from 10% to 30% and gave retail travel agents a wholesale ability (they’ve become able to sell
other travel agents) and thus broadened clientele.
