I am Nnaji Kingsley Charles, a Nigerian currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.I started my Waiter career in 2016 when I worked at Nike Lake Resort Hotel Enugu Nigeria before proceeding to Eko Result Lagos in 2017 where I worked in a vast 5 star hotel as a Restaurant Employee and as a Waiter respectively. I travelled to United Arab Emirates so as to progress and enhance my career while working in a global and vast hospitality environment, so I got employed at Aljumooh Equestrian Club CMC Road 4 Al Aweer Dubai. Where i have worked as a Club Waiter for 7 months before my company locked down and retrenched its workers due to the pandemic surge.I am a proactive, customer service oriented candidate with a 3 years and 5 months experience in the hospitality and tourism.Through my academic excellence , i have a strong and eloquent communication skill, good computer knowledge and mathematical accuracy. Having worked in different hospitality firms, I have acquired exceptional skills in customer service and satisfaction, waitering interpersonal skills, advertising, multi tasking and team work. I derive great enthusiasm in hospitality and service rendering , daily interaction with customers and customer focus. I have adequate skills in guest relation, problem and complaint resolution to enhance and ascertain customer satisfaction and happiness while rendering services to clients. I am readily available to join a vast hospitality company in the United Arab Emirates to continue with the expansion of my hospitality career while utilizing my educational and on- job training skills to achieve company goals and personal growth. I am desirous to work as a waiter in a challenging environment, contributing enthusiasm, dedication, responsibility, and good work ethic, combined with a desire to utilize my customer service skills obtained through experience as a waiter in a hospitality Industry.
