Chef Cum Housekeeping Job Responsibilities:
· Planning and cooking the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
· Present food properly plated
· Set table and serve food as per times set
· Monitor food stock and place on restock list.
· Clean and sanitizes villa and guest rooms
· Vacuums and sweeps floors, carpets, and rugs
· Makes beds and changes linens
· Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and countertops
· Replenishes toiletries and towels
· Empties trash and sanitizes the bins.
· Adhoc responsibilities as requested / required.
Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)
Advanced knowledge of mie en platz, culinary, baking and pastry techniques
Ability to undertake adhoc tasks
Excellent time management abilities
Familiarity with sanitation regulations
Prioritizes work
Learns and practices cleaning techniques and procedures.
Ability to work as part of a team and lead if required.

Salary: AED 2000 to 2500/- P.M negotiable.
