We at Manchi Baphe chain of restaurants started with a vision to provide the ultimate fine dining experience along with creativity focused on long term environmental sustainability. Initiatives such as No Plastic Zone and working with local artists & artisans to make eco-friendly gift baskets, clay pots, thatch baskets and other objects are included into the restaurant's design, décor and ambience.

With a vision to create the family, we would not only want to serve our clientele in the best possible way, but we would also like to establish exponential growth. In our journey, we aim to bring “Vasudhaiva Kutumbam” to reality. Which translates to, "Arrive as a guest, and leave as a friend".
