MAF Accor Shared Services Appoints Mary Ann Andaya as Cluster Talent & Culture Manager
Within her new role, she will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Talent & Culture department, provide leadership and strategic HR planning to all operation departments, and Heartist satisfaction. She will be reporting to Nishan Silva, Cluster General Manager.
Within her new role, she will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Talent Culture department, provide leadership and strategic HR planning to all operation departments, and Heartist satisfaction. She will be reporting to Nishan Silva, Cluster General Manager.
She was part of the pre-opening team of Atlantis the Palm Jumeirah in 2008 and moved to Accor as part of the preopening team of Pullman Mall of the Emirates after 2 years. In 2011, Mary Ann moved to Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre and eventually joined Talent Culture Department in 2013 as Talent Culture Administrator. She was promoted as Assitant Talent Culture Manager after two years. In 2018, she was part of the integration of the Talent and Culture department for all MAF Accor properties where she has been supporting the management ever since then.
Mary Ann holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from Pole Paris Alternance in France, a Diploma in Business Management from Bath Spa University Ras Al Kaimah, and currently finishing her Diploma in Human Resources from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Developmentin the UK.
Moreover, Mary Ann also has been part of the 11 shortlisted for the Dakilang Bayani Awards (Great Hero) in 2019, which is the highest award given to an overseas Filipino by the Philippine Consulate Government for exceptional Filipinos on community service in the United Arab Emirates. She is also an active member of the Filipino Human Rersource Group in Dubai.
