The tri-color food affair begins with an array of appetizers and small bites of Ram Laddu served with radish leaf chutney along with Chicken Thuppa or Mushroom & Tofu Thuppa; Samundari Ratan or Sabz Ratan and Barf Ka Gola.
For mains, diners can enjoy a delicious Erachi Kappa; slow braised lamb, or the Kadala Kappa; slow braised Bengal gram for vegetarians, both served with tempered tapioca and idiyappam. To finish the evening on a sweet note, guests can indulge in the most decadent Gajar Halwa Tart, a delicious carrot pudding paired with vanilla ice cream.
