DUBAI April 2022 – Crowne Plaza Dubai Jumeirah is pleased to announce the appointment of Martijn Zengerink as its new Hotel Manager. Mr Zengerink has been pivotal in the hotel's rebranding to keep pace with the hospitality industry's growth. He drove vigorous changes as part of the transition despite conservative resources during the pandemic, which augmented the hotel's Average Daily Rate (ADR) and Revenue Generation Index (RGI), enhancing the overall 5-star guest experience.
Mr Zengerink's hospitality leadership is a blend of daring, calculated risks and experience-led insights that enables him to be ahead of industry trends.
Crowne Plaza Dubai Deira is pleased to announce the promotion of Emad Ramzy to the role of Hotel Manager. Passionate about F&B, Mr Ramzy is committed to improving luxury service and standards and developing teams.
His experience and knowledge helped elevate the hotel to the top 5 in GSI in the region. He drove the growth of Outdoor Catering, resulting in an over 60 percent estimated revenue compared to 2019. His revenue-driving strategies and solid expense management plans helped his team exceed the budgeted GOP in 2020.
Mr Ramzy joined Crowne Plaza Dubai Deira as F&B Manager in 2019. His performance won him the F&B Manager of the Year 2020 award from the Hotelier Middle East Awards, and in July 2020, he was promoted to Hotel Operation Manager.
Holiday Inn Express Dubai Jumeirah is proud to announce the promotion of Jamil Ahmad as the new Hotel Operations Manager.
