Identify and engage potential clients in the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, resorts, casinos, event venues, and hospitality recruiters).
Sell job board subscriptions, featured job postings, and employer branding packages to businesses.
Conduct outbound sales efforts, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
Schedule and conduct online demos and presentations showcasing the benefits of Hozpitality.
Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and hospitality conferences to generate leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales, SaaS, recruitment, job boards, or hospitality.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
Hospitality industry experience is a strong advantage.
Base Salary + Commission
Competitive base salary ($40K-$60K) + commission structure (5%-10% per sale)
