DALLAS, June 26, 2024 – Visit Dallas is excited to welcome Jennifer Johnson as its new Vice President of People and Culture. Johnson joins Visit Dallas with 25 years of extensive experience in human resources and talent management.
For more than a decade, Johnson served as Vice President of Operations at See Monterey, managing human resources, operations and administration. Her leadership ensured the development and retention of top talent and management of the organization’s day-to-day operations. Before See Monterey, she served as Director of Operations at Tacoma Regional CVB.

Committed to professional development and growth, Johnson holds certifications as a CDME and a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Through Destinations International, she serves as a CDME Education Instructor for the program’s Talent and Culture Development course and a human resources instructor for the Professional in Destination Management (PDM) program.
