Vinay Sivan, the Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager at JW Marriott Pune, has been honored with the Commended Marketing/PR Champion of the Year award at the prestigious Indian Hospitality Excellence Awards 2024. This recognition celebrates his exceptional contributions to marketing and public relations, showcasing his dedication to driving impactful communication strategies and elevating brand presence within the hospitality industry.
Being acknowledged with this commendation underscores Vinay's innovative approach to storytelling and his expertise in creating campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Since joining JW Marriott Pune in April 2024, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to craft compelling narratives that align with the hotel's vision, enhancing its visibility and reputation in a competitive market.
Before his current role, Vinay served as a Marketing Voyager with Marriott International for nearly two years, gaining extensive experience in project management, digital marketing, and strategic communications. His previous stints at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace and Kochi Marriott Hotel as a Sales and Marketing Intern further solidified his foundation in the hospitality sector.
Vinay holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management degree from the Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, Manipal, specializing in marketing. His passion for innovation and commitment to excellence have earned him this commendation and continue to position him as a rising star in hospitality marketing.
