Two Seasons Hotel Gets 100% Score for Successful Fire Drill Execution in Cooperation with Civil Defense

Based upon its commitment to the security and safety of its employees and the interest of Two Seasons Hotel to apply the highest public safety principles in order to protect lives and properties, and to spread the full awareness in case of occurrence of dangers or natural disasters, the Hotel conducted an experience of evacuation of a fire incident inside its main building on 4th September 2019.
The warning bell of a fire incident in the Hotel rang, and forthwith all employees left the main building to the specified gathering places, upon guidelines from security and safety employees and the different departments in the Hotel under the leadership of the Managing Director of Two Seasons Hotel Management LLC – Freddy Farid, and Essam Ahmed, Security Manager of the Hotel, in coordination with Al Marsa Civil Defense Station, Dubai Police and Ambulance. This was to activate safety and security emergency plan, and to ensure the efficiency of evacuation operations that have been implemented with the commitment of all employees to the established plan. As per the evaluation of Al Marsa Civil Defense Station, the hotel has achieved a score of 100% making the hotel a safe and secure place to stay and has appreciated the team for coordination and organizing the fire drill in an efficient way.
Freddy Farid expressed his pleasure towards the application of the evacuation in a record time, which indicates the understanding among various departments and employees of teamwork and awareness extent to take the necessary procedures in managing the crises. He also thanked Directorate of Civil Defense for giving advices and guidelines and for everlasting encouragement to pursue progress and prosperity as well as its obligation to safety and security principles.
