With over 13 years of experience, Gurram has been a pioneering leader in driving sustainability initiatives across the hotels he has managed, especially during his tenure at Camphor Hotel in North Goa, where he has served as General Manager since 2011.

Gurram's career began as an Executive Assistant Manager at Sterling Holidays India Ltd., where he gained valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities of sustainability in the hospitality sector. His experience at Sterling Holidays fueled his passion for eco-friendly practices, which he later implemented at Camphor Hotel and Sarovar Hotels & Resorts.
