With over 23 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Tim Cordon has held key positions at Radisson Hotel Group, overseeing critical regions and steering operations through significant growth phases. Since January 2024, he has been responsible for leading operations in the Middle East, Africa, and South- East Asia Pacific. His focus on operational efficiency, revenue maximization, and delivering exceptional guest experiences has positioned Radisson Hotel Group as a leader in these regions.
Before his current role, Tim served as Chief Operating Officer for the Middle East and Africa from September 2022 to January 2024, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and expansion in these markets. He was also Senior Area Vice President for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa from 2018 to January 2024, where he played a pivotal role in the brand’s strategic initiatives and performance enhancement.
Tim’s career at Radisson began with his role as Regional Director for the Middle East & Turkey from May 2015, where he managed operations for key properties across these markets. His leadership at Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek and Radisson Blu Hotel London Portman further honed his skills in hospitality management, and his strategic mindset has continually driven operational success.
Throughout his career, Tim has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and guest satisfaction. His leadership style focuses on empowering teams, streamlining operations, and ensuring owner returns, which has been instrumental in Radisson's success in competitive markets.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Design and Technology from Nottingham Trent University.
