Tiby John Receives Gold for Sous Chef of the Year at the Middle East Chef Excellence Awards 2024

Tiby John, Sous Chef at Fujairah Rotana Resort and Spa, was awarded the prestigious Sous Chef of the Year gold award at the 7th Middle East Chef Excellence Awards 2024. The gala ceremony, hosted by Hozpitality Group, unfolded on June 7 at JW Marriott Dubai Marina, marking a significant achievement in Tiby John's culinary journey. Ravi Bhambani from MasterBaker had the honor of presenting the award.
The award recognizes Tiby John's dedication and expertise as his contributions to culinary excellence in the region. He completed his Diploma in Hotel Management from MTMHS Pampakuda in February 2000.
