With a career spanning high-end restaurants and luxury hotels, Chef Thomas has established himself as a culinary innovator, known for his passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
Chef Thomas’s expertise spans French, Italian, Chinese, and Japanese cuisines, and he takes pride in putting his own creative stamp on traditional dishes. His ability to experiment with new ingredients while maintaining the highest quality has made him a standout figure in the culinary world.
Currently serving as Regional Executive Chef at Bateel International, Chef Thomas oversees culinary operations across the GCC, ensuring excellence in every dish. His previous roles include Brand Executive Chef at Café Bateel and Aura Group, where he led the culinary direction for renowned concepts such as Meat Smith, a Michelin-starred chef Dave Pynt’s barbecue concept.
Chef Thomas’s career also includes significant achievements as Executive Sous Chef at Gastronomica ME, where he reduced food costs and improved hygiene standards, and as Head Chef at Tanuki Sushi Restaurant, where he successfully managed the pre-opening and training of staff.
