Chef Thirumalai brings over 20 years of culinary excellence, having served in leadership roles across renowned hospitality brands, including Hilton and Mövenpick. His tenure at Mövenpick Jumeirah Lakes Towers spans over five years, during which he has successfully led the kitchen operations, maintained high standards, and delighted guests with innovative cuisine. With vast experience in pre-opening and HACCP implementation, he has played a key role in launching and managing top-tier dining venues.
Holding a Diploma in Hotel Management from Oxford College of Education and a B.Sc. in Zoology, Chef Thirumalai blends his academic background with his passion for food to create memorable dining experiences.
