The Thai Kitchen Introduces Extensive New Menu

Located at the renowned Park Hyatt Dubai, situated alongside the banks of the Dubai Creek, The Thai Kitchen is an authentic Thai dining venue. Renowned for its delicious traditional cuisine, as well as being one of the only Thai restaurants in which guests can marvel at the spectacle of their mouth watering meals being prepared, by the chefs in the live kitchen. The venue has recently incorporated tantalizing new flavours to its menu, in addition to welcoming a new Sous Chef, Thira Khamwong, responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen.

As the new season in the city is well under way, the bustling venue has made sure that patrons have more to look forward to each and every time they visit, courtesy of the new menu. Prepared by the skillful Chef Thira, the menu will feature a selection of dishes, such as the mouth watering soft shell crab with garlic and pepper sauce, the succulent lobster tail with chili paste, prawns garnished with hot basil, and a sweet and savoury delight in the form of pineapple fried rice, and crispy sea bass, served with chill sauce.

Chef Thira, born and raised in Thailand, comes from strong culinary background, with years of experience, specializing in authentic Thai cuisine. Over the course of his career, he has had the privilege of preparing delicacies for the President of Thailand, members of the royal family of Thailand, as well as members of the South African rugby national team. He is a brilliant addition to the team as he showcases his culinary prowess with grace, and is always looking for unique ways to create and present dishes for guests, enabling them to truly savour their dining experience each time they dine at the venue.
