Theresa Collins will take the role of General Manager of The Star, Alfriston
The Polizzi Collection is pleased to announce the appointment of Theresa Collins as General Manager of The Star, Alfriston in East Sussex. Theresa joins The Star from Glenapp Castle in Scotland.
Before her role at Glenapp Castle, Theresa Collins was Deputy General Manager at Cliveden House, and prior to that was Hotel Manager at The Royal Horseguards Hotel. Collins has worked as a hotel inspector and started her career running two successful catering businesses.
The Star is the third hotel in The Polizzi Collection, having opened in June 2021, with Olga and Alex Polizzi at the helm. This striking Grade Il Listed 30 bedroom property in the historic village of Alfriston, is close to the Seven Sisters, Glyndebourne Opera House and Charleston.
