Abu Dhabi, UAE, October 2018 – Firing on all cylinders, the iconic, Cipriani Yas Island gears up for the capital’s most anticipated sporting and social event, FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX from November 28^th to December 1^st 2019. The restaurant is the place to spot and be spotted where international and local guests can socialise, dine and take in glistening views of the Yas Marina promenade and vibrant super yachts array.

Internationally acclaimed Italian cuisine and genuine family hospitality, surrounded by nostalgic blends of 70’s, 80’s and 90’s music by live DJ Andrea awaits. The social epicentre of the race weekend action, an eclectic crowd can soak up the atmosphere, amongst the city’s royals and visiting celebrities.

The all Italian, dedicated Cipriani team will serve à la Carte lunch and dinner daily. The menu presents a selection of traditional Italian family recipes, built on Cipriani’s concept of “simple Italian food made to perfection.” Premium ingredients and produce, many of them flown in directly from Italian farms, add true authenticity to the taste.

Cipriani Truffle Season accents will also be featured; enhancing favourite dishes with limited edition, exquisite flavour. Seasonal highlights include, Tagliolini “Cipriani” with White Truffle, Tagliardi “Cipriani” with fresh Egg Yolk and White Truffle, and Veal “Butter Piccatine” with Mashed Potatoes and White Truffle.

Chic movers and shakers can visit the Cipriani Bellini lounge to relax and refresh with signature cocktails, and the original Bellini, a balanced combination of fresh white peach purée and bubbles.

Cipriani Yas Island has three private dining areas, available for groups upon prior reservation request - The Harry Cipriani Room that showcases panoramic views of the marina and circuit, The Crown Prince Room, a personal favourite of one of the many royal dignitaries that visit Cipriani, and the Venetian Room which has private access to the terrace.

Table Policy: All bookings are for a limited period of 2 hours and bookings are confirmed by credit card payment authorisation, with a minimum spend of AED 1,400. Tables will be held for 20 minutes and cancellations charges will apply. Dress code is smart-casual.

Cipriani Yas Island Lounge and VIP areas:

The Bellini Lounge is Cipriani Yas Island’s popular bar and was named after famous Bellini cocktail which was invented by Giuseppe Cipriani Sr. at Harry’s Bar in Venice in 1948. Guests can relax and enjoy drinks upon arrival, usually with the signature cocktail Bellini.

The Harry Cipriani Room is one of the restaurant’s private dining areas, complete with its own private kitchen and bar with panoramic, majestic views of the marina and Yas Marina Circuit. With seating for around 60 people, tables can be arranged in a number of configurations.

The Crown Prince Room, aptly named as a personal favourite of one of the many royal dignitaries who visit Cipriani, is a private space that can comfortably accommodate around 20 people. It is perfect for intimate events, or for relaxing and reading one of the many books from the library.

A room ideal for parties and corporate events is the Venetian Room. This area has a 60 seating capacity and is sectioned off from the main restaurant with sliding wood and glass doors.  The exterior glass doors can also be opened to give full expose and private access to the terrace.
