With a remarkable career spanning more than 21 years in the industry, Suresh Khadka exemplifies dedication and excellence in his role. Beginning his journey as a Trainee in the Housekeeping department at Soaltee Crowne Plaza, Kathmandu in 2003, Khadka swiftly advanced through roles of increasing responsibility. His tenure includes pivotal contributions to renowned establishments such as Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza in India, where he played a crucial role in the pre-opening phases.
In 2011, Khadka ventured to Oman, embarking on a new chapter at Crowne Plaza Resort Salalah as Assistant Executive Housekeeper. His leadership acumen and operational prowess led to his promotion to Executive Housekeeper within a year, marking his inaugural position as a department head.
Since 2017, Suresh Khadka has been an integral part of the InterContinental Muscat team, where he continues to elevate standards in housekeeping and guest experience. His role extends beyond operational management; he serves as the Hotel Experience Champion and IHG Way of Clean Program champion for the Oman region. Moreover, Khadka shares his expertise as a guest lecturer at various Hotel Management Colleges, imparting knowledge and shaping future professionals in the field.
