Sujeet Rana Honored as Chef de Partie of the Year Gold at the Middle East Chef Excellence Awards 2024
Sujeet Rana, Chef de Partie at Dusit Thani Dubai, was honored with the prestigious gold award for Chef de Partie of the Year at the 7th Middle East Chef Excellence Awards 2024.
The gala event, organized by Hozpitality Group, took place on June 7th at JW Marriott Dubai Marina. Jeyaram Subramanian from Taaza Quality Foods LLC presented the award.
Sujeet Rana is an experienced chef with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry. He is skilled in event planning, hospitality management, Microsoft Excel, customer service, and sales. A strong operations professional, Sujeet graduated from P.G. College Rishikesh.
In his current role at Dusit Thani Dubai, which he has held since July 2022, Sujeet works closely with the pastry and executive chefs, overseeing all operations. Before joining Dusit Thani, he served as a chef at Antara Senior Care in India, where he was in charge of bakery and pastry. He also worked at Pullman Hotel Dubai Business Bay, Steigenberger Hotel Business Bay Dubai, and Marriott International, consistently demonstrating his expertise in communication, menu engineering, hazard analysis, and critical control points (HACCP).
The Middle East Chef Excellence Awards 2024 celebrated individual achievements and recognized the collaborative efforts of industry partners and sponsors. Hozpitality Group expressed gratitude to JW Marriott Dubai Marina, ICCA, Restofair RAK, Rak Porcelain, and other sponsors whose support was instrumental in making the event a resounding success.
