Steven Smalley, the accomplished Cluster Executive Chef of Hilton Dubai Jumeirah & Hilton Dubai The Walk has been recognized in Hozpitality’s Best 30 Powerlist of Chefs in the Middle East for 2025. With over a decade of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Steven has established himself as a leader in product innovation and stakeholder management, delivering exceptional dining experiences across prestigious establishments.
Since joining Hilton in 2018, Chef Steven has led the culinary operations at Hilton JBR and The Walk, showcasing his expertise in creating innovative menus and maintaining high standards of quality. His previous roles include Executive Sous Chef at Atlantis The Palm, where he contributed to the resort’s renowned dining offerings, and Group Executive Chef at Damac, where he oversaw culinary operations across multiple properties.
Chef Steven’s career also includes a significant tenure as Executive Sous Chef at Madinat Jumeirah, where he honed his skills in managing large-scale culinary operations and delivering memorable guest experiences. His ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency has made him a respected figure in the hospitality industry.
