With over 18 years of comprehensive experience, including five years specializing in budget planning, forecasting, business plan creation, cost management, LRIP planning, and project management, Sreejith has showcased exceptional leadership and expertise in the hospitality industry.
As a Food and beverage Leader, Sreejith has demonstrated a commercially focused approach. He utilizes market intelligence to stay abreast of market trends and drive business toward the highest revenue and profitability. His extensive knowledge spans operations, beverages, and international cuisines, cultivated through his tenure in 5-star Hotels and resorts across the Middle East and India.
Sreejith's leadership style revolves around coaching, setting objectives and targets, and motivating teams to achieve optimal business results. He places a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction, fostering robust relationships, acquiring new clientele, and partnering to enhance footfall within the organization.
Currently serving as the Cluster Director of Food & Beverage at Valor Hospitality Partners, Sreejith oversees the financial performance and operations of multiple esteemed establishments, including Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek, Wyndham Deira Dubai, Days Hotel by Wyndham, and Super 8 Hotel by Wyndham. His responsibilities encompass a diverse range of outlets, meeting and events operations, sales, back-of-house management, and leading a sizable team of 123 employees.
