Relaunch of its Grand Bazaar Brunch and the Saturday Lunch
Dubai, September 2019: Rüya Dubai, the city’s award-winning restaurant and bar located at the Grosvenor House, Dubai Marina, is delighted to introduce a weekend of culinary offerings with the relaunch of its Grand Bazaar Brunch and the launch of the Saturday Lunch.
Start the weekend the Anatolian way, guests are invited to indulge in a culinary journey every Friday, through the new eclectic menu designed by Executive Chef, Colin Clague. Highlights from the revamped menu, include Kavun peynir, Raki infused melon with white cheese, Gozelme, potatoes with cheese & herbs, Pekmez & yogurt marinated black cod with sweet Tahina and Circassian Chicken served with a bread sauce and paprika butter. For those looking to extend their brunch experience through the afternoon, Rüya will be serving up their own take of the Islak Burger, at 5PM, as hunger levels start to rise. Taking inspiration from the famous street-food stalls of Taksim Square in Istanbul, this decadent burger served with a flavorful garlic and tomato sauce will satisfy those mid-evening cravings.
With panoramic and pristine views of the Dubai Marina as the backdrop, Ruya’s iconic 360-degree bar, The Mekan, will serve up an enticing selection of innovative signature drinks and cocktails accompanied by live entertainment, as resident DJ Rafael Becker sets the soundtrack with vibrant house beats for a sensational afternoon.
On Saturday, diners are invited to unwind and indulge in a Saturday Lunch spread. Enjoy the warm Anatolian hospitality and enjoy an array of mouth-watering delicacies off the new lunch menu with highlights including the Pulled 24 hour slow-cooked short rib, potato, leek and pumpkin hash topped with a fried egg, Spiced chicken liver and onions served on Za’atar flatbread and Sticky lamb ribs with smoked Turkish chili, burnt orange and pekmez. Guests are invited to enjoy a laid-back and chilled Saturday afternoon with friends and family.
