The 172-room hotel has been successfully operating since January 2014, and under Shakti's guidance, it continues to thrive.

Before joining DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bangalore, he served as the General Manager of Hilton Garden Inn Trivandrum since 2019. During his tenure, Shakti passionately drives guest and team member satisfaction, even in challenging environments. He also had the opportunity to work at Hilton Mumbai as a task force General Manager during his seven years with Hilton.
