Safeen Nooghukan, Chief Accountant, Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Ajman, has been honored as one of Hozpitality's Best 30 Finance and Revenue Leaders in the Middle East for 2024.
Safeen Nooghukan joined Ramada by Wyndham Beach Hotel Ajman in 2012 as an Accounts Assistant. It was the year the hotel opened its gates to the world, and Safeen handled the finances of the hotel as a one-person army. Safeen brings 20 years of experience working in hospitality and other industries' Finance and Purchase departments. His journey from being a cashier to becoming a financial accountant at Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Ajman has been inspiring.
Safeen has taken on multiple roles, such as general cashier, accounts assistant, cost controller, purchase manager, and accounts manager. He was also involved in the pre-opening task force of Wyndham Garden Ajman Corniche, which opened its doors to the public in 2018 under the same Wyndham Hotels Ajman group.
Safeen is capable, confident, and has the qualities of a drive for transformation, corporate governance, and a look into the future. He worked creatively in a problem-solving environment, undertook burdensome mandates, and met tight deadlines.
