With nearly two decades of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Ruan has established himself as a creative and innovative leader, known for his ability to build strong teams and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Chef Ruan’s career is marked by his expertise in operations, pre-openings, rebranding, and F&B audits. His passion for creating innovative dishes using fresh produce and experimenting with various cooking techniques has earned him a reputation as a culinary visionary. As a member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs and a Culinary Ambassador for the Emirates Culinary Guild, Chef Ruan takes great pride in his contributions to the culinary world.
Currently serving as Executive Chef at Emaar Arabian Ranches, Chef Ruan leads with a focus on quality, presentation, and team development. His previous roles include Chef de Cuisine at Paramount Hotel Dubai, Senior Sous Chef at SLS Hotel Dubai, and Sous Chef at Caesars Palace Dubai, where he played a key role in the pre-opening of 16 restaurants across two luxury hotels.
