Rosewood Abu Dhabi Launches Chocolate Themed Afternoon Tea

Abu Dhabi, UAE: Chocolate lovers in the capital can indulge away their Thursday afternoon in exquisite style at the newly launched chocolate-themed afternoon tea at Rosewood Abu Dhabi’s Majlis Lobby Lounge.

The Chocolate Extravaganza afternoon tea comprises of a huge dessert station packed full of tasty treats all artistically crafted with all things chocolate.  The wide variety of delicious desserts prepared is served on our 3.5 meter long table and everything is 100% edible – including the plates.

Chocolate aficionados will savour a wide range of desserts including chocolate opera cake, chocolate brûlée, white chocolate cheesecake, chocolate truffles, chocolate lollipops and more.

There is also an extravagant Chocolate Fountain with home-made marshmallows, fresh fruits and other condiments that will change every week.

For those who prefer savoury treats, there is a selection of delicious snacks like roasted beef and horseradish mayonnaise on mini baguette, chicken caesar on mini croissant, smoked salmon with cucumber and cream cheese.

No afternoon tea is complete without a wide range of scones, cakes and pastries and Executive Chef Emaad has made sure guests will be spoilt for choice with options like berry surprise, lemon and basil macaroon, Madagascar cheesecake, cannoli, and caramel millefoglie.

Guests have the option to choose from a selection of 29 finest types of loose-leaf teas, handcrafted coffees or even opt for bellini to complete the perfect afternoon

Available on Thursdays from 3 pm to 9 pm at the Majlis Lobby Lounge, the Chocolate Extravaganza afternoon tea is priced at AED 220 per person. The regular edition of the afternoon tea is priced at AED 180 per person and is available through the rest of the week.
