Roko Palmic has been Appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing of The Chedi Muscat
Bringing over 20 years in the hospitality industry.
The Chedi Muscat is pleased to announce the appointment of Roko Palmic as director of sales & marketing. “We are excited to welcome Roko to The Chedi Muscat’s family. We are confident that he is a great asset to The Chedi Muscat, and he can further expand our sales and marketing strategy with his excellent experience and knowledge in the luxury hotel industry.” said Morton Johnston, general manager.
As director of sales & marketing, he will be leading the sales and marketing team as well as develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve short and long-term objectives of the property.
Roko brings a wealth of experience to this position with over 20 years in the hospitality industry and has held progressive management roles within leading hospitality companies, including Park Hyatt, Marriott, Austria Trend, Regent, Leading Hotel of the World & InterContinental.
He started his career at Dorint Hotels & Resorts in 1998 as assistant front office manager and he continued in different hospitality brands in Austria, Czech Republic and Croatia, where he held various roles within the sales & marketing department.
Palmic joins The Chedi Muscat from his recent position as director of sales & marketing at Regent Porto Montenegro. He holds a diploma of tourism management from the tourism school in Bad Ischl, Austria.
