Roberto's DIFC Restaurant and Lounge Reopens

Lovers of classic Italian food with a modern twist, great cocktails, signature mocktails, excellent service and evening entertainment can finally breathe a sigh of relief.

After a summer of intensive renovation work Roberto’s Dubai, the much-loved DIFC-based fine-dining restaurant, lounge and bar, re-opens to the city’s Italian food lovers once again with a brand-new look, with the same high-quality food and trade mark service. 

Drawing on modern and classical Italian designs, the new interior highlights a refurbished and expanded lounge, two sleek bars, and a new entrance – all perfectly complementing the incredible views of the urban Dubai skyline, helping to set a charming an elegant ambiance throughout the venue.

Roberto’s is hailed by foodies in the know and restaurant critics alike as one of the best venues in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The newly redesigned restaurant will maintain the impeccably high standards of gastronomy that has made it such a hit for more than seven years.

While the renovation work was being carried out behind closed doors, Roberto’s team of highly-trained international chefs have been creating a number of new, delicious additions to the much-loved a la carte menu. Featuring classic and reimagined Italian favourites, the refreshed menu includes new dishes such as Insalata al 4 Semi (baby spinach, kale salad, clementine, peanuts, baby gem and agave dressing), Calamarata Gamberi e Pistacchi (calamarata pasta with gamberi rossi, burrata and pistachio in AOP sauce) and Polpo (slow cooked roasted octopus, artichoke and cacio e pepe sauce).

Roberto’s mixologists also have some delicious drink combinations up their sleeves while a new raw bar will expand the restaurant’s seafood offering with a selection of freshly caught delicacies.

Classic marble and dark wood feature heavily throughout, while the furniture has been updated with chic new fixtures that add to the venue’s cosy and sophisticated charm.

Roberto’s buzzing lounges will showcase new smoking and non-smoking areas for guests plus the addition of a second DJ booth – the perfect lounge-bar destination for those looking to relax after a hard day’s work, indulge before or after an evening in Ristorante or stay until late night for lively evening entertainment, with our popular signature cocktails.

Always a popular hangout with the stylish Dubai jetsetters, Roberto’s bar and lounge area has been completely reimagined to better serve returning customers and new guests keen to sample expertly crafted classic cocktails, mocktails, fine wines as well as vintage beverages.
