Japanese cuisine at Depachika Food Hall
(Tuesday 17 March 2020) A haven of locally conceptualized brands, offering an exciting and wide range of delicatessen-style goods and gourmet treats, Depachika Food Hall will be partnering with one of Dubai’s most popular chefs. Brace your taste buds for Dubai-based Chef Reif Othman is set to open his second Reif Japanese Kushiyaki at Depachika Food Hall.
A family-style, home-grown neighbourhood restaurant, combining the highest level of service (delivered by the chefs themselves) with carefully chosen, high quality ingredients, Reif Japanese Kushiyaki not only joins the roster of locally curated brands but is also set to bring a unique take on Japanese street food culture to Depachika Food Hall.
The food menu, created by Chef Reif Othman, will have a variety of mouth-watering dishes to choose from. From Donburi (rice bowls) and Rock Shrimp to renowned items such as the 18-hour Ramen and Sanchoku Wagyu Sando, guests will get to indulge to their heart’s content. Additionally, for those who like to end their culinary experience on a sweet note, REIF will also be launching a full dessert counter of Japanese treats with a twist.
Chef Reif Othman comments, “With food halls being such a popular concept, we are really looking forward to being a part of Dubai’s first Japanese style food hall, Depachika. It’s the perfect place to open Reif Kushiyaki’s second location and we look forward to beginning our next venture with the Palm community.”
Having previously helmed the kitchen at restaurants such as Zuma, Play and Billionaire Mansion, acclaimed local Chef Reif Othman is bringing his own concept to Depachika Food Hall.
Passionate about providing a foodie’s paradise, Depachika Food Hall will continue to evolve when it comes to its offering with further introductions to new brands and chef collaborations coming in the near future.
Stay tuned.
Depachika Food Hall is open weekdays from 10am to 10pm and from 10am to 12am at weekends.
