With extensive experience in end-to-end hotel operations, he possesses sound knowledge of budgeting, revenue forecasting, market dynamics, and hotel pre-opening/conversions. Rajat is proficient in cost management, continuously improving processes to reduce operating costs.

Rajat's journey in the hospitality industry includes various leadership roles, such as Director of Operations at Hilton Jaipur and Director of Food & Beverage at DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon. His earlier career saw him as an Executive Chef at various Hilton Hotels and an Executive Sous Chef at Taj Holiday Village in Goa.
Rajat holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Chennai, and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Delhi University.
